We have developed an innovative £99 (subject to height and roof size) Annual Maintenance Service in response to feedback from our existing homeowners who felt they would gain “peace of mind” knowing that their roof was in the safe hands of a local professional company they could trust.

This service consists of:

Comprehensive roof report detailing the condition of roof
Cleaning gutters and downpipes (excluding underground blockages)
Minor slate or tile repairs (max 6 repairs per annum)
